"nanoSUS" is our trademarked product that microfinishes the crystals of stainless steel. By increasing strength without changing the material, it enables miniaturization and thinning of parts, resulting in weight reduction. Tensile strength can be improved by up to 20%, and hardness by 10%. Additionally, the microfinishing of crystal grains stabilizes the shape of the processed surface and the affected layer, reducing burrs during cutting and minimizing surface roughness during bending, while improving processing accuracy during fine pressing.
